PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo could block possible betting fee increase in the other Lotto games of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) after it initially doubled the bet for the 6/49 game from P10 to P20, Presidential Management Staff director general Cerge Remonde said Friday.  Post your comments here on the Makati siege  Arroyo initially ordered Remonde to talk to PCSO head Sergio Valencia following complaints over the latest price adjustment in the betting fees for 6/49 game. Remonde, confirming the order, said he has yet to talk to Valencia to determine their reasons for the increase.
